Q: Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
A: Of course. Site visits are usually organised at the earliest convenient time for both parties and works assessed. Quotes are aimed to be turned over as quickly as possible but time frames are dependent on the size of the jobs.
Q: Can you source all required materials and project manage our required works?
A: All building materials will be provided but due to design aspects and individual choices we ask the client to supply us with all second fix items. If required we can help with procuring these items and advise on suppliers to use. The vast majority of our jobs are carried out to this degree. We will do our upmost to ensure that the works are organised and completed to the highest standard.
Q: Would we/I be able to view previous construction projects of similar size and requirements?
A: All photographs on our website show projects that we have previously completed. Our relationship with our clients is a high priority for us and viewing is available for current and past projects if required.
Q: Is there a waiting list for desired work to be started?
A: All jobs vary and our start date will be dependant on the job size and time of year. For exact dates it is best to get in contact with us directly.
Q: Are you Gas Safe Registered?
A: All contractors working on heating are fully registered to do so.
Q: Who manages the projects?
A: All projects are over seen by Krishan our Director who is assisted by Harriet.
Q: How are payments handled and dealt with?
A: We usually allow for an initial 15% before commencement of works to allow for procurement of materials etc. Interim payments are then held and will be detailed within your quotewhich will state set milestones customised to your project stating when payments will be required. Final Payment will be requested upon completion and sign off of the works.
Q: Can you guide us through the design process of larger works?
A: Yes. We have worked on a number of projects closely with architects and structural engineers who will be able to offer solution and advise which will match your budget.
Q: Are all the photographs on your website of your work?
A: all photographs on our website are of past works we have completed.
Q: How long are quotations valid for?
A: Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
